Many moons ago my friend @jenbutterflyspirit asked if I wanted to take a yoga teacher training. At first I had many reasons not to take the class but something inside my soul said yes!! I hesitated because it was a 200 hour commitment, I was working full time, my daughter was younger and my husband had a brain injury. I wasn’t sure how I could add anything else to my life. It was a huge commitment and I didn’t know if I could fully commit. I used this opportunity to practice my tools I gathered along the way to tune into something deeper, to get some clarity and asked for my inner guidance to guide me. One main reason for saying no was being available for my family and my husband’s health. The cost of the course was also another factor behind time. Then something shifted, I asked what else was possible? Magically the location shifted, the class was now only 5 min walk away, so I could go home at lunchtime on weekends and it was scheduled over the fall until spring. The class was offered as a pay what you can and instalments. My friend was gifting us her studio space for the classes and I said yes!!! This certification class was such a gift, many priceless moments and healing ✨💕. I’m grateful and since then my friend transitioned into spirit. Today this memory popped up and I feel like she knew I needed her smiling face to remind me of the magic all around!! In a world where we have many choices opportunities and choices, we need to build a strong foundation of being able to trust our decision making abilities. Knowing what we know to be true can be tricky as we can be influenced by many outside voices. The gift of discernment is PRICELESS to know when to say yes or no to an invitation. Life gives us many opportunities to lean into our inner knowing, our intuition and our gut feelings. Yet, we get persuaded to choose beyond our inner knowing at times when we are not grounded, connected and in flight/flight/freeze. The gift of understanding your own language of inner wisdom is PRICELESS because you truly never know when. you will need to make a quick decision. Often, we look back with a higher wisdom and have regret. But what if you had the tools to access your inner knowing GPS system, your intuition and your higher wisdom? What would you choices look like? Could you make empowered choices with confidence? Would you choose more of what brings you joy? Knowing your worth and value is also a key aspect of being able to trust your inner voice. Not the voices of the ego, but the voice of your SOUL. Your soul knows the way. Doing the inner work of understanding your thoughts, limitations, and points of view that may be from a wounded place can help you shift from unconscious living to living in awareness. Once you have this awareness, you can start to choose from an empowered state and you will see the PRICELESS side effects from choosing from your heart. It may seem simple and understated, so often the inner work is subtle. I've spend the last 25 plus years diving into psychology, spirituality and energy healing. The tools I've learned have helped me to understand the whispers of my intuition and I am so grateful for these tools! So, if you needed this reminder today, your worth and value is not based on someone else's point of view. It's simply someone's point of view and that is ok! 1-11 offers an energetic fresh start to the new year! This year started off with an opportunity to master the art of living which showed up as an invitation to choose to stay home or go to a conference in LA! The fires broke out right before we were set to fly out. My flight or flight instincts kicked in immediately as an empath and HSP, I am still feeling the feels. Sometimes during moments of uncertainty our flight and flight panic/anxiety/stress can set it. I am so grateful for the tools I have cultivated over the last 25 years. I often refer to them as "spiritual tools for the trenches of life" and we never know when we need to pull out a tool that can help navigate the challenges in life. Sometimes these moments are out of our control and so we need to be able to act quickly. So often I am asked the question, how do you do know to trust your intuition? How do you know what to choose? How do you know when it's time to stay or go? It's not a one off answer, it's fluid and changes depending on the circumstance. What I can tell you, is that when you make the time to learn about yourself, your triggers, and what makes you happy; then you can start to make choices that bring you towards mastering your bliss. You can shift from being a victim and start mastering your life regardless of outside circumstances. We cannot change others, we can only control what is on our control and this year gave me an opportunity to practice what I know to be true. In times of stress and uncertainty, I know it's priceless to have a set of tools and feel empowered to make choices based on your inner knowing. I am excited this year to be offering a few one on one mentorship/coaching practices. If you are ready to develop your spiritual and energetic tool box so that you can: have more clarity, feel empowered to make choices, release your imposter syndrome, feel confident, to build your residency and intuition then reach out! Hello January....I cannot believe how quickly the new year came and intense December's energies hit home! I was invited to rest and recharge as I needed to take some time to heal. This January I am taking some much needed time to continue to rest, SOULFUL moments and a little vitamin D for the body! You can find me cozy by the fireplace and taking extra time to honour my body. I feel the deep calling to embrace the slow quiet pace of winter. Anyone else feeling the need to retreat and recharge???? <3

I cannot believe how quickly life goes by these days and I am amazed it's already December 1st! Wow! It's definitely easy to get swept away with the "busy" pace in life and yet I am aware that it's important to take time to rest! I find life is a balancing act between just being and knowing when it's time to take action. Taking time for ourselves may not always feel easy, yet I know that sometimes it's the small things that can make a big impact! Taking time to take care of ourselves mind/body/soul has an impact that often touches all areas of our lives. Taking little moments of "bliss" allows for the magic to show up more and more! In the last month, I've seen the energy show up more and more of how important it is to take time to pause, reflect as well as take action. As move towards the new year, December invites us to re-awaken the magic in our every day lives! Today, I woke up to snow. I am not typically a winter wonderland lover, yet I appreciated the beauty of the first snowfall. The way the snowflakes lightly danced in the morning light made me smile and appreciate the cozy Sunday vibes of enjoying a slow start to the day! This month I am co-hosting a Sacred Pause on December 15th, to take time before the holiday hustle and bustle! GRATITUDE...This time of year always sparks the fall vibes of cozy gatherings with family and connecting with friends. I am grateful for the beautiful connections and special moments. Often social media is a place where we share the highlights, not so much the day to day moments that may feel mundane or uncomfortable. Real life behind a quick photo can be a chaotic dance between desire and reality. I am grateful for these authentic moments and connections. Thank you for being on my journey in this lifetime-I am grateful for all of the authentic connections in my life. Life definitely isn't perfect, but I don't feel that's the point of life IMPOV! I remember years ago reading a book about gratitude and I really struggled with being grateful. Not because I wasn't grateful for the amazing things I had in my life, but because it was challenging to be grateful for the tough moments. Life can throw some huge curve balls and when you have "a plan" that doesn't work out. It can feel devastating. Years, later I have found peace with the uncomfortable moments, the plans that shift and have a different outlook. I am grateful, even in the tough moments for all that I have. I am grateful for my blessings in life and practice the art of connecting to my bliss. For me, connecting to my bliss anchors me to the present moment, grateful for people and experiences that are priceless. I believe in the power of community, spiritual connection and our personal divine connection. "Gratitude
