How often do you gift yourself a day to recharge and refill your cup? So often our lives are full and busy in the day to day grind. It's not often you get to enjoy some quiet time, connecting to nature, connecting with other kindred souls and connecting to what nourishes your soul. By taking the time and reclaiming your heart's desires, it can become a sacred ritual.
This retreat will include a beautiful and gentle yin chakra healing sacred hot stone class with a bespoke aromatherapy bliss blend, crystals, journal prompts and oracle card messages.
Followed by a nourishing lunch break and time to rest and recharge in the cedar hot…
